Welcome to Alentra, an AI job matching platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Alentra" refers to our company, platform, and services.
• "User" refers to individuals who register for and use our Service, including both job seekers and recruiters.
• "Content" refers to all information, data, text, profiles, and other materials uploaded or provided by Users.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Types

Alentra offers services for two types of users:

• Job Seekers: Individuals looking for employment opportunities who create profiles to be matched with potential employers.
• Recruiters: Individuals or organizations looking to find candidates for job positions.

Users may switch between these roles through their dashboard settings.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting Content to Alentra, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, process, adapt, and display such Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alentra and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Alentra expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Alentra be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alentra is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
